Someone's going. Or someone's already there.
Far & Found is where buyers find personal shoppers (PS), and where a personal shopper runs their batches. Everything is handcarried. Nothing is posted.
The plane, or the bag.
Going
A shopper from where you live flies there and back. Ask before the cut-off, follow the trip, collect when they land.
Already there
A shopper who lives there brings it when they fly to you. Your shopper could be anyone, from anywhere.
Ask in a few taps. Follow every step.
Pick where it's from and where it comes to. Your shopper quotes before anything is bought, your deposit holds the spot, and you say what to do if it's sold out.

The bags are the limit.
A carry-on is 16 spots, a checked bag 32. Small takes one, medium two, large four. When the sheet is full, the trip closes itself.
That is why every trip shows the spots left, and why your deposit holds yours.

Questions.
What is a personal shopper (PS)?
Someone who buys things for you in another country and carries them to you in their own luggage. On Far & Found there are two kinds: someone going, who lives where you live and flies there and back, and someone already there, who lives where the thing is sold and brings it when they fly to you.
What does it cost a buyer?
Far & Found charges buyers nothing. You pay your shopper, and they quote before anything is bought: the price, the deposit and how to pay.
How do I pay?
You pay your shopper directly, by whatever the two of you agree. Far & Found holds no money. Send your receipt from the order, and the shopper marks it paid.
What if it's sold out?
You choose when you ask: skip it, buy the closest match, or message you first. Your shopper sees your choice with the request.
Is anything posted or shipped?
No. Everything is handcarried by the shopper. When they land, you collect it or have it delivered.
How do I know a shopper is real?
Every shopper is approved by hand before they can sell. Their page is a record you can read: ratings from orders that were handed over, and how many orders that is. Verified is earned at 10 orders handed over at 4.5 stars or better, and nobody can pay for it or for a place in the ranking. Five checks before you pay.
Can other people find me?
Buyers can't be searched; only shoppers can. Your name is shown to the shoppers you order from or message, and a rating shows your first name only.
What about customs?
Customs duties, limits and what may be brought into your country are between you and your shopper. Ask before you order anything that might be restricted.
What if something goes wrong?
Talk to your shopper first, in the chat. If that fails, write to [email protected]: we can look, we can pause an account, and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do. We cannot refund money we never held.
Where can I shop from?
The app is open in 23 places: Australia, Brazil, Brunei, China, France, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, UK, USA, Vietnam. A route has a page here when a shopper is taking requests on it. For any other, join the waitlist and we tell you when a shopper opens it. See who is taking requests now.
