What the app does about each check, so you don't have to take anyone's word for it.
- Approved by handEvery shopper is looked at before they can sell.
- RatingsOnly the buyer of an order that was handed over can rate it. A page shows the stars and how many orders that is.
- Verified10 orders handed over at 4.5 stars or better. It goes again if the average falls.
- RankingRatings and orders handed over on that route. Nothing else. The top spot is not for sale.
- Dates and roomEvery trip shows the day it closes, the day it lands and the spots left in the bags.
- One placeThe request, the quote, the receipt and every message stay on the order, for both of you.
- Scam alertsA shopper can raise one. We check it before it is pinned in the app.
What we can do, and what we can't.
We are not a party to any sale, and we hold no money: you pay your shopper directly.
If something goes wrong, talk to your shopper first, in the chat. If that fails, write to [email protected]: we can look, we can pause an account, and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do. We cannot refund money we never held.
Customs duties, limits and what may be brought into your country are between you and your shopper. Ask before you order anything that might be restricted.
